• supportive: We support each other in finding, pursuing and manifesting our purposes with openness and a strictly positive attitude. To do this, we only interact when we are able to care.
• careful: We are an aware space and connect to each other with openness and vulnerability, are holding the space for each other and help protect personal information.
• diverse: We know that everyone is different. We support without judgment and learn from each other. We actively seek diversity and celebrate our differences as our strength.
• belonging: Everyone is welcome, included and has a voice. No shaming, hate speech, manipulation, unkindness, blaming, mobbing, ego-trips, mansplaining, stereotyping, time-stealing and trolling. And of course, no sexism, racism, antisemitism, homophobia, etc.
